The department was commissioned in November 1999
At the beginning of its construction, it was equipped with 28 computerized dialysis machines, 25 electric chairs, 2 intensive care beds, a monitor, and a network of medical gases.
The department receives patients for treatment at the expense of the state and health insurance and provides emergency services for patients until the decision on treatment is issued at the expense of the state and for acute and emergency cases.
The department contains specialized services for kidney diseases and for the prevention of kidney failure.
The department carries out training and educational activities for young doctors from inside and outside the organization according to training programs and continuing medical education.
